Will it be possible to see a list of instances and choose one we prefer? There are several MMOs I play that have instancing functionality similar to what you’ve discussed. They typically use in game friends list and guild list to choose which instance to put you in when you enter the zone similar to what you described in the Deep Dive. However, on occasion those people don’t end up together and the game will sometimes put in an instance when I want to be with the different people. That’s no problem because I can hit the instance selection screen and switch over to where the person i want to hang out with is located (provided it doesn’t go over the max number of players in the instance.
Can you look into having functionality like that in SotA?
Smyrno
I have really enjoyed these deep dives. Too bad I couldn’t catch them live so far.
Dig In: Roots Caster in exchange for huge increase in AC in radius around caster, radius increased 50% for each ally equipped with shield. Radius tripled if ally also casts Dig In
Testudo: Slows Caster movement but grants increase in AC in radius around caster, radius increased 50% for each ally equipped with shield. Radius tripled if ally also casts Testudo
I cant stay in chat also

@57:33: Lord British: “Melchior also wanted to know about… [if] we have plans for a group attack – a special attack that only happens in the case of multiple people doing something concurrently.”
In the shield combat tree, two skills, Dig in and Tetsudo are amplified by group coordination. Exact details from the Magic, Combat, and Crafting Skills thread by DarkStarr below:
Dig In: Roots Caster in exchange for huge increase in AC in radius around caster, radius increased 50% for each ally equipped with shield. Radius tripled if ally also casts Dig In
Testudo: Slows Caster movement but grants increase in AC in radius around caster, radius increased 50% for each ally equipped with shield. Radius tripled if ally also casts Testudo
